David represents a broad range of clients in front of various municipal boards in both New York and New Jersey. He also protects the rights of applicants and property owners through litigation on both the federal and state levels.

His areas of practice extend beyond litigation and municipal law to include land use and zoning (New York law and New Jersey’s MLUL), telecommunications, and environmental law (including SEQRA). His broad practice areas and record of success have already earned him the Super Lawyer distinction and a spot on the New York Metro Rising Stars list.

As a partner at Snyder & Snyder, LLP since 2023, David has continued to lead clients through complex zoning and development issues, and has helped expand the firm’s areas of practice into new emerging industries, such as the Cannabis Industry and Energy Storage Facilities.

Before joining the firm in March 2017, David worked on various legal matters for the Village Attorney of Port Chester where he advised municipal boards, reviewed and drafted contracts, and assisted with compliance matters and litigation.

A graduate of Pace Law School (cum laude 2015), he was active in the Pace Environmental Law Review, received the Environmental Law Certificate, and earned the Land Use Law Center Distinguished Service Award. David received his B.A. from Manhattan College (Dean’s List, 2012), where he began to develop his interest in Environmental Law on the 2012 National Model UN Team, Sustainable Development Committee.

A member of the New York State Bar Association, David is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and is eager to assist clients with development projects or related litigation in either state.
